Shipping Policy

  • Processing times

    • Standard orders: 1–2 business days to process.
    • Custom/large orders: 3–5 business days.
    • Orders placed after 2 pm CT process the next business day. No weekend or holiday processing.

  • Shipping methods and estimates

    • Standard: 3–5 business days.
    • Expedited: 2 business days.
    • Overnight: 1 business day.
    • International: 7–21 business days, varies by destination.
    • Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.

  • Rates

    • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $150.00 within the contiguous U.S.

  • Order tracking

    • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

  • Address accuracy

    • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Split shipments

    • Items may ship separately to speed delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel at no extra cost.

  • International shipments

    • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless noted.
    • We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue contents.

  • Delivery issues

    • Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If unresolved within 3 days, email cgrimmy@yahoo.com.
    • Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.

  • Preorders and backorders

    • Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your card is charged at purchase; you may cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund.

  • In-store pickup (if offered)

    • Free pickup available at [location]. You’ll be notified when your order is ready. Bring a photo ID and order confirmation.

  • Changes or cancellations

    • To modify or cancel an order, contact cgrimmy@yahoo.com within 1 hour of purchase. After fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee changes.
